Android device that supports video recording at Smule?
The video feature available on devices running Android 4.4.2 and up. It is fully supported on the following devices:
Samsung Galaxy s4
Samsung Galaxy S5
Samsung Galaxy S6
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (10 ")
Motorola Moto G (2nd Generation)
Motorola Nexus 6
ASUS Nexus 7
Enhancements may work but are not officially supported. If your device does not have a video, you can still join Collaboration uses only audio!
Why can not I see a video feature on my device at Smule?
Video may not be supported on your device. When available on your device, the video options that will appear with no additional update is required.
How to sing with a video on Smule?
Just like singing with audio only, go to the Songbook, select a song, then either join an existing collab or start a new solo or Collab. Before you start to sing, you'll see a switch that can switch video on or off. If you do not see the switch, your device may not support video.

Redirecting the video switch to "Off" and you're ready to rock, audio-only!
Can I switch my video from the front-facing rear facing and vice versa?
Yes, use the camera button switch in the upper right corner just before you start recording your video.
Why my audio and video are out of sync when reviewing my tape?
Some devices can not process fast enough to show audio and video sync when reviewing.
However, press the "Continue" button to send your video, and they must be aligned properly when rendering.
Where do I check to see if the video I have posted work?
Go to your profile to check on the status bar post. After the video posted, your profile will say "Posting Complete" at the top of each record. You can post multiple videos simultaneously
